    The coordination of project activity occurs behind the scenes, so you never have to worry about managing deadlines or team workload. 


    While our team works, you can log in to the platform anytime to view the status of projects and collaborate with our team.

  • Are you experts in our industry?

    No. We are not specifically a niche in any specific industry. We believe this approach brings more value to all our clients, no matter their domain. For example, we might learn and apply something from the technology sector to your  banking services. If you are looking for someone to steer the direction of your company and create entirely, then we may not be the right fit.   • What are turnaround times like?

    This is a difficult question to answer because it depends on the scope of the work.


    e find it important to put thought and care into every project, allowing us to work with you for maximum impact. That being said, our average timelines may look similar to those found below:

    Major Design Projects—pitch decks, logos, videos, etc.: 3–5 business days

    Are you still reading? Cool. Then we’ll give it to you straight. These are averages because every project is unique, like smiles. Larger, more complex projects will require additional time, but our policy is to be totally up front with you. You'll be the first to know if we believe a project may take us longer than these timelines.

  • How are your services possible at such a low cost?

    Our services are built on efficiency, talent, and our team’s collective creativity. It can take an experienced individual 20 minutes to create something that would take someone with less experience 10 hours. In the workplace, we put the right jobs in the right hands to the right people. Our priority: serving business needs.

  • What about contracts?

    You can sign up monthly (it’s a bit more expensive) for flexibility or for a year contract with a chunky up-front discount. Whichever option you choose, you’ll still benefit from our immensely talented team.

  • What is your onboarding process?

    Once your agreement and payment details are finalised, our Project Manager and Account Manager will contact you to book an onboarding meeting with you. Your billing cycle will only start on the date of your first onboarding meeting. During your onboarding meeting, we will learn all about your business and workshop how we can help you achieve your goals.

  • Who dont you work with?

    We don’t work with clients who are too needy or lack a sense of humor. We want to be the right fit for your business and deliver a creative service with personality. If we feel that we aren’t necessarily jelling, we will initiate a conversation to see what we can adjust in our partnership to better suit your business needs.


    It’s not you, it’s me? A business partnership is much like a relationship: everyone should have a good time and get what they want! If the fit is right, you’ll know.

  • How do edits work?

    We’re unlimited, and that includes edits! Depending on the size and complexity of the revisions you request, they typically take 1–3 business days, but we’re always happy to provide an ETA based on your edits!

  • How does the single point of contact work?

    On our side, a “single point of contact” means assigning you a dedicated marketing team. On yours, it means sticking with a single delegate from your company. This person will assign projects and meet with us. This representative will be the only point of contact from whom our team will accept project assignments. However, we welcome other team members to join in on your monthly meetings. This is especially useful when their unique insight or expertise is required. However, these exceptions are only allowed on a case-by-case basis and should be limited to avoid confusion.

  • How does the membership work?

    When you become a member, you’ll pay one flat monthly fee (no-contract) and begin delegating your graphic design, website maintenance, and on-page marketing tasks.


    After you sign up, you’ll schedule an onboarding call with your account manager. On that call, we’ll learn about your business and help brainstorm tasks you can delegate immediately.


    When you’re ready to hand off your first task, log in and complete a simple form.


    We’ll process your design request and generally complete the task in 1 to 3 business days.


    You’ll get the design back, do a final check, then request a revision or give your thumbs up.


    You can send unlimited tasks per month, but depending on the package you choose, we'll work on one, two, or three tasks at a time.

    If you are using software that we are not familiar with, which is highly unlikely, most systems are so similar that we can easily learn how to use them for you. This way, you don’t have to switch your systems or software to ones that we use.

    Our team is here to support you in whatever capacity you need. We are skilled at handling highly custom marketing projects and campaigns that align with strategies uniquely tailored to our members' businesses. 


     You can assign projects for tiny requests (not everything needs to be a “project”) and extensive requests (that would typically be considered multiple projects). You can also assign projects that are not listed on our website – we can usually help our members with their custom marketing requests! 


    We encourage you to send us requests and questions whenever you have any. It never hurts to ask! You can assign or request unlimited projects, and project estimates are included in your membership.
